GRT New Energy is a subsidiary of Runfei Steel Group. Founded in 1998, Runfei is a large-scale steel processing and distribution trade enterprise that integrates procurement, sales, and distribution. Runfei began engaging in steel export trade in 2004. The Group has a factory covering an area of 113,300 square meters in Tianjin Hangu Industrial Park, with an indoor steel storage capacity of 70,000 tons and a comprehensive processing capacity of 1 million tons.

GRT New Energy focuses on R&D, design, and production of ground-type, roof-type, BIPV (household sunroom, agricultural greenhouse, fishing, etc.) distributed and centralized PV Mounting systems, providing customers with a complete set of international PV Mounting system integrated solutions. The company adopts a complete quality assurance system and conducts specialized procurement control of raw and auxiliary materials. The raw materials for PV brackets are Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium Steel Coils from domestic first-class iron & steel mills, such as Shougang, HBIS (Tangshan and Handan), and Angang. GRT is the top agent of these three steel mills, with an annual trade, processing, and distribution volume of 120,000 tons. Adhering to the management concept of the group company for 25 years, the company uses an advanced information intelligent management system to carry out strict process and quality control management on the design, production, inspection, packaging, and transportation of solar mounting bracket systems. The GRT PV mounting systems have been sold to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. At the same time, GRT New Energy also provides butler-style supporting services for global photovoltaic projects by supplying PV modules, inverters, combiner boxes, grid-connected boxes, PV cables, and energy storage systems according to project requirements.
